Lavrov: Russia will speed up submission of the lawsuit over the seizure of its diplomatic property in the US
Moscow is negotiating with law firms and collecting documents to appeal the seizure of diplomatic facilities in the United States, as announced on the air of NTV TV by Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov.
"We will not delay, but there shouldn’t be any rush as well," he said.
Earlier, President Vladimir Putin instructed the Foreign Ministry to prepare the necessary documents to initiate legal proceedings.
On August 31st the US demanded the closure of the Consulate General of Russia in San Francisco as well as trade missions in New York and Washington.
