LPR withdraws troops from Stanytsia Luhanska in Donbas
Ukraine’s representative to the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) Leonid Kuchma said that the OSCE’s Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) will soon confirm whether the Ukrainian military and the militants of the Russia-backed Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) have withdrawn from the Stanytsia Luhanska region.

European Investment bank provides 200 million Euro loan to Ukraine
The European Investment Bank (EIB) granted the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine a long-term loan with low interests in an amount of 200 million euros as part of the project “Emergency Credit Program to Restore Ukraine,” reports Interfax-Ukraine.
