    The Ukrainian court released from custody ex-militant of Donetsk People’s Republic Aleksandr Nevedrov, who guarded pieces of MH17 Boeing 777  which was shot down over the Donbas in 2014. The court gave him a suspended sentences of 5 years, reports LB.ua news outlet citing the materials of the court.

    On September 5, a court in Moscow sentenced the Russian activist Konstantin Kotov to four years in prison for “repeated violation of the rules for holding rallies” (Article 212.1 of the Russian Criminal Code), Radio Liberty reports.

  • Ukrainian court releases MH17 plane crash suspect

    Ukraine has asked for Russia to send representatives to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) of the ceasefire in the Donbas.

    Ruslan Gadzhiev, a Russian citizen who fought for the Luhansk People’s Republic LPR as a tank crew member in the “August Battalion”, was sentenced to 15 years in prison by a court in Ukraine.
