Spain’s Honorary Consul in Uzbekistan Alfonso Lopez Pandiella participated in the Russian X-Waters competition on June 1, swimming across the Kerch Strait from the Chushka Spit, in the Krasnodar Territory of Russia, to the Yeni-Kale fortress in Kerch, reported Radio Svoboda.

Ukraine’s Armed Forces adopt Yatran system for detecting enemy vessels
The Yatran sonar system, designed to detect enemy ships and submarines, has been adopted into the armament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The relevant decree was signed by Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak based on the positive results of state testing, the state-owned defense concern UkrOboronProm announced on its website.

Poland confirms resumption of clean oil supply from Russia
The Polish oil logistics company PERN has confirmed that the supply of clean oil from Russia has resumed, Polish Radio reports.
“On the morning of 9 June, Russia resumed the supply of clean oil through Belarus to the Polish transmission system,” the report states.
