Poland's Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz has ordered urgent communication with the Ukrainian attaché in Warsaw following an incident involving Ukrainian troops placing flags of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) on Polish Rosomak armored vehicles sent to support Ukraine's military efforts.
