The Armed Forces of Ukraine took over the town of Katerynivka in the Luhansk region from the pro-Russian separatists, as stated by a volunteer, Yuriy Mysyagin, on his Facebook page.

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office have conducted searches on crypto-currency mining "farms" in Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast and Cherkassy. Law enforcement says that the miners are financing the DPR and LPR.

The Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Grigory Karasin, called for the return of Russian officers to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire in the Donbas (JCCC).

A group of the MH17 victims’ relatives won their case in US courts, which entitles them to receive compensation in the hundreds of millions of US dollars. The Dutch TV program Zembla received the relevant documents from the court.
