France, Spain and Portugal to build gas pipeline for supply of American liquefied gas to EU
French, Spanish and Portuguese leaders approved the EU decision regarding the supply of liquefied gas from the United States, according to the declaration signed by the three countries after the energy interconnection summit in Lisbon on Friday, July 27.
The countries expressed interested in increasing the supply of the American liquefied gas through seven European ports. In addition, the countries insist on building a gas pipeline for gas to be transported to other European countries.

Russian Gazprom has raised the pressure at the entrance of Ukraine’s gas transportation system (GTS) to the contractual level for the first time this year. This was reported by Interfax Ukraine referring to the press-service of PJSC Ukrtransgaz.
"Maybe today is some big holiday? Today, Gazprom has raised pressure in the transit gas pipelines at the entrance of the GTS of Ukraine to the minimum contract level: 60 kgf/cm2 for the first time since December 12, 2017,” the press-service noted.

On Monday, NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, PJSC Ukrtransgaz, Snam S.p.A. (Italy), and Eustream a.s. (Slovakia) signed a memorandum of understanding on the joint assessment of cooperative opportunities for using and developing Ukraine's gas transportation system (GTS).
