    Ukrainian deputies introduced a bill to the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliamnent) that would cancel the treaty between Russia and Ukraine on the joint use of the Azov Sea and the Kerch Strait.     The former commander of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Igor Bezler, known as “Bes,” returned to the uncontrolled part of Donbas, as shown in a photo he posted on VKontakte social network.
