Several hundred people were executed in the Donbas region. Russian Bombers Kill Seventeen in Aleppo

According to the US authorities, hundreds of civilians were killed as a result of Russian air attacks on civilian targets in Syria.

9 Killed as Russian Aircraft Bomb Syrian School
The Russian Air Force carried out another raid on the Syrian city of Idlib. Nine people were killed, including children while 11 more were wounded. A representative of the civil defense forces of the area, Dzhardzhanaz Mahmoud Dagim, reported that the local school building was bombed.

UN Urges Rebel Leaders to allow Humanitarian Organizations in Donbas Region
In his address to the UN Security Council on December 11th, the Director of Operations for the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, John Ging, called on the pro-Russian separatists in the Donbas region to allow free access to humanitarian missions in the area.
