Finnish PM: Sanctions on Russia can be lifted only after Minsk agreements are implemented

Germany to send military advisers to Ukraine
The German Defense Ministry agreed to send military advisers to Ukraine, as reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
