NATO’s warships visit Ukrainian port of Odessa
On July 25, ships of the Standing NATO Maritime Group Two (SNMG2) entered the port of Odessa.
According to the press service of the Ukrainian Navy Command, among the warships are frigates of the Royal Spanish Navy Alvaro De Bazan, the I.C. of Romania REGINA MARIA and the Turkish Navy, Yildirim.
This year, the SNMG2 group was a part of the Ukrainian-American Sea Breeze-2020 exercises aimed at fulfilling common tasks to promote security in the Black Sea region.

The Trilateral Contact Group on the peaceful settlement of the situation in eastern Ukraine, (Ukraine, OSCE, Russia) agreed on Wednesday, July 22, on a full ceasefire in the Donbas. Putin announces construction of two helicopter carriers in annexed Crimea
On Monday, July 20, Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the annexed Crimea, where at Zaliv shipyard in Kerch announced the start of construction of helicopter carriers, TASS reports.
"Today, six new long-distance ships are being laid down at the three leading shipyards of Russia. Two universal amphibious ships will be built here, in Kerch. On Monday, July 20, the international naval exercises Sea Breeze 2020 started off the coast of Odesa in the Black Sea.
