Head of Kremlin-backed 'Donetsk People's Republic' orders formation of city administration for Mariupol
The head of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin, has issued a decree ordering the formation of a city administration for the city of Mariupol, according to Russia’s TASS news agency.
The city, which is in the Donetsk region but has been controlled by the Ukrainian government since pieces of Donetsk broke away in 2014, has been besieged by Russian forces since March 1st.

Russia’s media regulator threatens to sue Wikipedia over article on invasion of Ukraine
Russia’s Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media, also known as Roskomnadzor, said Wikipedia will be held liable for publishing “prohibited information” about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Russia accused of using banned antipersonnel mines in Kharkiv region
Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Lyudmila Denisova, said Russian have used banned antipersonnel mines in the eastern Kharkiv region. The POM-3 Medallion antipersonnel mines were disarmed by Ukrainian explosive ordnance disposal technicians on March 28th. Russia is the only country that uses POM-3 mines.

Irpin Mayor: 200-300 town residents have been killed

Berlin: Germany among top 3 arms suppliers to Ukraine
Germany is one of the three largest suppliers of weapons to Ukraine, and according to some indicators even ranks second, said the spokesperson for the German Defense Ministry, Captain David Helmbold at a press conference in Berlin.
