Putin signs a law allowing to seize foreign assets
On Wednesday November 4, Russia’s president has signed legislation enabling countermeasures in the case of the wrongful arrest of Russian state property abroad.
The law, based on reciprocity, curtails the jurisdictional immunity of the country in question if not agreed otherwise.
The law will come into effect in 2016.

At least 2 killed in Ukraine ammunition depot explosion.
At least two people have been killed in the Ukrainian town of Svatove after a series of blasts at a ammunition depot.
Local media has said the Ukrainian security forces were investigating and claimed it could be a terrorist act.

FIFA president Sepp Blatter says there was a deal in place for Russia to host the 2018 World Cup - before the vote took place.
