The military exercises of the Russian Black Sea Fleet have started in the Black Sea, reports RIA Novosti, citing the Russian Navy's press service.

Ukraine has unveiled the warhead of the self-guided “Neptune” missile, the Ukrainian publication Defense Express reports.
