Ukraine begins military exercises for defending against armed aggression
The Rubizh 2016 strategic command and staff exercises for defending the country against armed aggression have begun throughout Ukraine. As reported on Tuesday by the general staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on its official Facebook page, military administrative bodies at strategic and operational-strategic levels, and also certain military units from all sectors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, are involved.
“The command and control organizations will train to command troops in armed aggression repelling, air defence with simultaneous planning of further actions and use of strategic reserves.,” the statement reads.
During these drills, the troops will work out practical actions, undergo tactical exercise, redeploy at large distances with water crossing, execute flight tactical tasks.
