News of the death of LPR commander 'Plastun' appears in social networks
Bloggers recently wrote that a separatist commander with the call sign Plastun was killed in the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic or LPR, Ukrinform reports.
The death of the field commander was also confirmed by the Deputy Minister of Ukraine for the temporarily occupied territories, Heorhiy Tuka. "Another one joined the 'silence regime,"' the official wrote. Plastun’s death was also reported in social networks by the representatives of the separatists themselves.
The last notable report about his health was in 2014, when Plastun was wounded in the village of Khryashchuvate of the Luhansk region.
Earlier it was reported that the deputy commander of the People's Militia of LPR, Vitaliy Kiselev, known as the "Communist,” was killed in the middle of an interrogation. He had been accused last September of an attempted coup in the self-proclaimed republic.
