Ukraine has begun production of components for Audi and BMW
The production of component parts for Audi and BMW has started in the Lviv region. The head of the State's website informed about the opening of the Bader-Ukraine company on November 3rd. The President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, personally took part in this event.
"The fact that we are opening a new factory today is further proof that we are moving in the right direction," Poroshenko said. The President emphasized that Ukraine has already produced the lion's share of components for the famous brands of cars.
Bader Ukraine ltd was founded in 2006. Its main activity is the production of leather and leather products, the processing and production of leather elements, and the sewing of leather seats for BMW and Audi cars.
This enterprise is a Ukrainian subsidiary of a German company that is one of the world's leading manufacturers of premium automotive leather.
The company also owns another plant in Horodok city in Lviv Oblast, which employs more than a thousand people and was built for the production of car seats.
