Ukrainian President Poroshenko to be invited to the NATO Summit in Brussels
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will be invited to the upcoming July NATO Summit in Brussels, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated at a press-conference in Brussels, Radio Svoboda reports.
“President Poroshenko will be invited to the NATO Summit,” Stoltenberg stated. “We have not yet decided the exact formats or exact type of meeting, but Poroshenko will be invited, because we will have a meeting of the Resolute Support partners.”
At a recent meeting in Brussels, NATO Ministers of the member-countries discussed the issues facing Ukraine.
