Vitaliy Kiselev, former deputy head of the Luhansk People’s Militia, known by his call sign “the Communist”, one of the accused for the attempted coup in the so-called “republic”, was killed during interrogation, Gazeta.ru reports.

It is not possible to enter Belarus with a passport from the self proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) or Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR), as stated by Anton Bychkovsky, an official representative of the State Border Committee of Belarus, the Belarusian Telegraph Agency (BelTA) reported.
