The President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko signed a law that forbids Russian artists from touring in Ukrainian cities without the permission of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), as reported on on the President’s website.
Under the new law, before inviting a Russian artist, concert organizers in Ukraine are required to provide the SBU with all the necessary information about the artist such as his or her name, surname, pseudonym, and other data.

On October 20th, the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Andriy Parubiy, signed the law "On tour events in Ukraine," according to which Russian performers must pass a check on Ukrainian legislation’ violations, as well as laws "On the basic principles of ensuring cybersecurity of Ukraine" and "On electronic confidential services."

Russian performers touring Ukraine will have to inform SBU about their visit 30 days in advance
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has required concert organizers to inform the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) about the events featuring Russian artists at least 30 days in advance. 232 deputies voted in favor of Bill 6682 which only required 226 to pass.
